3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into agreements.
4. Accounts & Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- You may not use our services for unlawful activities.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, and software belong to FlexiMetaDoc unless otherwise stated.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
6. Payments & Billing
- Prices are listed in local currency unless otherwise stated.
- Payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms.
- We may suspend services for non-payment.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
FlexiMetaDoc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
